November 17, 2021 - I am busy drinking this one up while it is so nice, it is too complex for just pasta, its needs something like sausage and hearty broth. One more bottle remaining. Maybe a lamb daube next.
Color is strong, balance lovely and just the edge of tannin to give substance. Long rich finish.386 views
