  November 21, 2021 - Similar showing aromatic-wise to my last bottle, but this is starting to open up a little. It still needed a good 2 hours decant though. An excellent Sangiovese that combines freshness and tension with deep Sangiovese fruit and aromatics. This has still a good 10-15 years of development ahead. I will try to wait with my next bottle for another 2-3 years.
