  November 26, 2021 - 04-08 Nebbiolo theme lunch at IT Shanghai. Tasted blind. Drank in Conterno Sensory.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
  Nose medium intensity, with aromas of VA, strawberries, licorice. Developing.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium+ alcohol (14.5%), smooth high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity with flavours of strawberries, ripe raspberries, red cherries, savoury grounded earth, spices. Long resonating finish.
  Very good quality. Actually still going strong over 72hrs of air. Strong rose petal feel, and classic sour red cherries + strawberries.
