With time the fruit focuses and strengthens in the middle core. The depth of flavor is mind bending on the wine. It's just an absolute crate of cooking spice and red fruit melange that's free flowing in this vast space. I imagine one of those sci fi movies where there's this large box with liquid and this non shaped material moving snake like all over inside and expanding as it moves along. That's how it felt in my mouthreceptors.
