  December 24, 2021 - Christmas dinner - no formal notes
  Maybe not as profound as our previous bottle? Still lovely, and like a true Brunello, really elevated by a great lasagna.

  12/24/21, 7:48 AM - We drank this a few weeks ago. We found it exuberant and delicious right out of the bottle, but it got a little flat and watery after 30 min in the glass. I’m wondering if it would have opened up again after an hour, but alas we finished it too quickly.
  Did you decant? Was that beneficial?

  12/24/21, 9:03 AM - @ecuri Opened for 2 hours. Decanted for 1 hour. Consumed over 1-2 hours. Continued to improve and probably could have benefited from additional air. But was never thin.
