  December 25, 2021 - An imperfect experience. Cork was in good shape and decanted for 45 minutes - mature bordeaux style nose without complexity - paired nicely with braised short ribs, but over the course of a 90-minute tasting never really settled into the wine I was expecting. Still quite enjoyable but a harsh end-note betrayed most of the tasting.
