  December 25, 2021 - Un vin intense mais très équilibré, grâce à une maturation de 11 ans !
  Pour Noël 2021.
  Qualité irréprochable, intensité présente avec des effluves de cuir, poivrons grillés mais une répartition parfaite entre corsé, vineux et vieillissement à point !
  Il peut encore faire qq années mais tous ont apprécié vivement ! Une valeur sûre !
