  December 26, 2021 - Disgorged October 2019, 95% Chard and 5% Pinot Noir. 4.5grams of dosage. What a pleasant surprise. Fresh, rich with a touch of dried lime peel and a wet stone finish and flint. This is a solera of about a decade, and 4 years on the lees. Very good, a wine I don't see often but I got some bottles that I'm happy to have.
