  January 7, 2022 - The entire bottle was coated with sediment - filtered during decant. Didn't open up as much as I expected over 2.5 hrs. Had a bit of pyrazine/green pepper to it that I normally don't expect in PS. Have one more bottle - guess I'll sit on it for another 1-2 years and revisit but don't have high hopes.
