  January 15, 2022 - Decanted for about 15 minutes and drank over next 30 minutes or so with grilled NY Strip. This wine is in a great place right now. To be honest, we have not been drinking much Cabernet Sauvignon lately, and this wine really had me questioning why. Plus body, bur remarkably balanced, dark fruit and cassis, very well balanced all parts in harmony right now. Sweet tannins on finish.
