  January 16, 2022 - Drank from a magnum with roast rib of beef. Decanted for two hours and then drank over the next two. Good but not very strong nose sharp red fruits and a little pepper. Medium dark red colour, nice balanced acidity and lovely integrated tannins. Almost Burgundian in nature and a very enjoyable Crozes-Hermitage
