  February 2, 2022 - About as close to a perfect wine as I have ever had. Double Decanted, per instructions for 12 hours, last hour and a half in decanter before tasting. Drank at a wine dinner, along with other outstanding bottles, but this was the clear and outright winner of the evening. Didn't have the opportunity to "formally" taste it, but could easily see every aspect was perfectly integrated. It had a harmony unlike any other wine on the table. Can't wait to see what this wine is like in 10 years.
