  February 5, 2022 - Classic dusty, sandalwood Brick House aroma, light-bodied mid-palate with elegant Pinot flavors, savory finish with a bit of cranberry tartness. Perfectly reflects its cool vintage, terroir, and winemaking philosophy. Just a tad fruitier than the 2010 Volnay we had alongside. I doubt it will improve, but this is drinking well now. Perfect tonight with roasted chicken and celeriac.
