  February 9, 2022 - WTDS at Tilia (Tilia, Mpls): Almost medium gold in color. PNP, drank a glass over 2 hours and again 2 nights later. The story here is this still benefits from air. The first night this kept getting better and better. I think some thought it might be oxidative, but that was not the case. A little sweet on the nose, cream, almond pastry, anise, and fennel notes, pear,. This adds a richer baked apple note the next day. Full bodied, pear, oily and well textured, honeycomb, lemon oil, still steely in its minerality, long and mouth coating. I won;t be inany hurry to open my others. 92 day one and 93 day 2/3.
