  July 2, 2022 - Domain Leroy; 7/2/2022-7/3/2022 (Mørkved): Deep dark red, with no discoloration towards the edge. Nose with deep red fruit. Very clear smell of dark cherries. Spice, pepper, perfume, leather, and earth tones. Complex. In the mouth, fantastic acidity and velvet tannins give the wine a wonderful grip. Red, crisp fruit, red apple, perfume, spices, and sweet licorice. Violent wine (in an elegant way). Damn long.
