  May 27, 2021 - Blind tasting next to 2016, 2015, 2005, 2001, 1998, 1995, 1994, 1990, 1989, 1985, 1983. This wine was incredible and stood out. Glorious. Perhaps richer and more impressive, but so youthful, was the 2016. Surprisingly the 2015, which I liked so much earlier, was not a standout wine in this line up.

  11/10/22, 4:56 AM - How were the bottles from the 80's? The very first bottle that got me into French wine was the'89 Beaucastel, which was WS wine of the year.
