August 20, 2022 - First time with this wine. Super interesting, as it combines a creamy, rich and provocative flavor profile with streaks of stark mineral driven flavors in a sophisticated, yet citrus driven package. That meshing of contrasting styles makes it one of the better overall wines I have tasted with these varietals.
Aromas of lemon zest, apricots, orange rind, pears, white flowers, wet stone and crushed rock. Palate is at once firm and expressive, showing off wonderfully pure and concentrated flavors with serious depth of flavor. Big mid palate brings it to a higher level. Nice mineral driven streak, showing hints of savory notions as it progresses to a very long finish. Excellent.2 people found this helpful 3,321 views
