  August 19, 2022 - Festival of Phil (Phil's place, Putney, Sydney): Aromas of bacon fat, serious oak, a little stone fruit peeks out after a fair amount of time. Juicy, fleshy, tangy, textured burr, stone fruit with slight citrus underpin. Travels long but this is full on vinfanticide.
