Austere lemon rind notes. A steely, puckeringly juicy but round mouthfeel with ample acidity. Monolithic and tiring with time, but a good value and a solid wine.

A bit musty with high-toned Chard fruit and a good core. Odd on the palate - muted with a fatness on the finish but coupled with hard, tart acids.

Comparatively fat and highlighted with orange-oil accents. More exotic, but not so characteristic, tropical fruits. Juicy with a firm acidic core. Good class for its price.

Fat and oaky nose, with some banana notes along with more characteristic Chardonnay fruits. Toned down on the palate with a somewhat chunky mouthfeel despite good acidity. Not totally in sync.

Some gunflint and (SO2?) spritz. Big and rich, but avoids being heavy with a firm mineral core. Restrained and complementary use of oak. Juicy and very good.
