White
2006 Domaine & Selection Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru
Alcohol :: 12.5%
Pop and poured and this immediately welcome us with sweet ripe melon and yellow flower that gently wrapped in the core by cold
mineral, metallic tone, flint and green herb, certainly not big scale but this does it job as it offers relatively good complexity at this price point. The palate is also very friendly that is quite delicate with it's sweet and a bit sharp entry that rounded up to creamy mouth feel that has a sense of lightness to it which made it approachable with soft, fresh medium length finish that linger with citrus, lemon fruits overlace on the mineral bed. Easy but not so easy, good for the hot day. Buy - Maybe.

2009 Emmanuel Houillon (Maison Pierre Overnoy) Poulsard Arbois Pupillin France, Jura, Arbois Pupillin
wow, what a lovely, expressive nose that seems the rose syrup water added some red cherry, blood and complete with dried herb and light alcohol. The palate is quite savory with salted mineral, plum, vanilla, sweet cake spice and earth, complex flavor but not so much on depth, already drinking well. However the light tannin grip kick in at the back suggested this need few more year to get mote completeness. Soft, light finish that is a bit dusty with almost rose macaroon like aftertaste. Very interesting wine. Buy - No - Maybe.
Red
2008 Tenuta Sette Ponti Oreno Toscana IGT Italy, Tuscany, Toscana IGT
Alcohol :: 14.5%
First access, very dark ruby that is bright with red hue. Plum, tobacco, mineral, wood spice slightly backward metallic nose that is deep with good scale. Fresh, with fine tannin and medium structure that covered the concentrated blakcurrant and plum infuse flavor that sail alongside with wood spice, linear with fine grained powdery texture tannin that caressing the palate and leads all the way to the detail, focus finish. With time, this turn juicier with flavors of coffee, sweet creamy vanilla oak, dark chocolate and blackberry. At this price, this clearly delivered. Buy - Maybe - Yes.

1995 Château d'Armailhac France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Pauillac
Display aromas and flavors of blackberry, soil and tobacco on both nose and palate. It is fresh, but noticed that the acid have became slight volatile. Soft texture and structure, drinking nicely now, quite ok but if this is a perfect bottle, I would suggest to drink up soon. Buy - No.
White - Off-dry
2003 Schloss Lieser Niederberg Helden Riesling Spätlese Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer
Alcohol :: 9%
Simple but quite pretty aromas with lots of sweet yellow fruits with mineral that bring forward to the rich, sweet palate that seems lack of acidity lift and support, flat and short finish, I do not think this is a good bottle. Buy - No.
