Introduction
Fore my birthday we invited a few friends to join us for an evening full of Rose wines and Sushi at Weygandt in DC. People chipped in a few bottles and we brought a large portion that I had been enjoying here lately as I have been on a big rose kick. All in all I feel they showed very well and paired well with the Moma sushi platter from Moma's in Alexandria. We also brought along some cheese and charcuterie from Cheesetique in Alexandria mentioned here:

P strawberry, minerals, white pepper
F was just average imo, but lots of acid and mineral
