Servido por copas. Sorprendentemente muy lista. Aromas a espárragos y a vegetales. Bastante larga, fresca, con algo de profundidad y de postgusto amargo. Para vigilar. Sólo 358 botellas.

Reduced aroma at first. Developing secondary very quickly. Cream caramel, wax and sweet pop-cork among many others. Delicious palate which has acidity enough to face food with energy.
Lovely complexity for what it was. In my modest opinion can't be better.

Un poco reducida al principio. Desarrolla secundarios muy rápidamente. Entre otros muchos caramelo de nata, cera y palomitas dulces. Deliciosa en boca que mantiene la suficiente acidez para encarar la comida con energía.
De una rica complejidad para lo que es. En mi opinión no puede ser mejor.

Here the combination between producer and vintage has produced a great wine.
Flowers and prestige woods on the nose. Elegant and aristocratic.
On the palate black fruit and a well-balanced acidity plus a good length. Outstanding for a generic wine.
Considering the vintage no rush at all.

La botella que no esperábamos en esta comida.
Aquí la combinación entre productor y añada ha producido un gran vino.
En nariz flores ya detrás nobles. Elegante y aristocrática.
Fruta negra en boca y una acidez bien equilibrada que se une a una longitud más que destacable. Fuera de lo acostumbrado para un vino genérico.
Considerando está sobresaliente añada no tengas ninguna prisa

Lovely dark orange colour. Aromas of figs, raisins and candied citrus. Perfect.
Palate is delicate and very long. Happy for my 97 and 00. Noval at its best.

Un Oporto de libro. Servido por copas, no menos de tres de una botella abierta hace mes y medio.
De un bello color naranja oscuro. Aromas a higos, uvas pasas y cítricos azucarados. Perfecta.
En boca es delicada y muy larga. Estoy contento considerando las 97 y 00 que tengo en bodega. Noval en lo mejor.
