Flight 1 (3 notes)

White - Sparkling
2006 Roses de Jeanne / Cédric Bouchard Champagne Inflorescence Blanc de Noirs La Parcelle Côte de Béchalin France, Champagne
92 points
Brioche, ozone, orange musky florals touch of honey. Good length, nicely balanced and textured. Feels like it is in a good spot.
White
1994 Jacob's Creek Riesling Steingarten Australia, South Australia, Barossa, Eden Valley
86 points
Nose a little muted banana lolly, peach. Palate has good intensity though. Not sure if this was a poor bottle or just the fading stage that it is at.
Red
2005 Domaine de Beaurenard (Paul Coulon et Fils) Châteauneuf-du-Pape Boisrenard France, Rhône, Southern Rhône, Châteauneuf-du-Pape
90 points
Licorice, cherry some violet perfume. A little earth but mostly clean. Raspberry. Still young on the palate, has a good amount of tannin and the fruit is bright and nicely appealing.
