Red
1990 Château Rausan-Ségla
95 points
En magnum, decanted for 2+hrs, wow, great deep color, lots of flavors, cedar box, good finish, drinking now. Group #3 and my #3.
Red
1990 Château Gruaud Larose
95 points
Great color with more depth and feel in the glass, lots of tanin's, time on its side, delightful to taste and swallow. Group #1 my #2.
Red
1990 Paul Jaboulet Aîné Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Cèdres
90 points
En magnum, mushroom nose, musty, bad choice to be in a line up of all Bordeaux. Better served with the cheese. Group #5 and my #5. With an all CDP line up this would have gotten a better review and score.
Red
1996 Château Lynch-Bages
96 points
Out of a dbl magnum, beautiful color, deep nose, floral, lovely flavor, lasting on the palate, big mouthful, wow. group #4 and my #1.
Flight 5 (1 note)
Flourless Chocolate Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream, Caramel Sauce, Pineapple, toasted Almonds.
Red - Fortified
1970 Graham Porto Vintage
93 points
Decanted for 5 hours, Amber color, caramel, orange peel, developed quite nicely and a great way to spend the end of an evening.
