The '05 is still slightly closed but showing lots of promise.

Still young with a nose of earth, tobacco and dark fruit. Slightly closed.
Flight 3 - 2nd Course (2 notes)
Woodland Mushrooms on toast with hedgerow garlic
The '03 was surprisingly good for the vintage while the '01 is classic claret.

Still amazingly showing fruit and youth. Still shows no signs of ageing. Lovely.

The '09 rich and fresh with the classic toffee nose of the vintage.
