Pale-medium gold colour. Aromas of cocoa, caramel, currant, roasted garlic, nuts, baked apples with cinnamon. Medium-bodied, quite restrained on the palate, showing hints of citrus, mineral, and nuts. Moderate finish, 35s, with yellow fruit. Needs a lot of time.

Dark ruby colour with ruby tinges. Aromas of cinnamon, spice, dried flowers, leather, chalk, and currant. Medium-bodied, quite closed on the palate, showing hints of orange rind and leather. Short-moderate finish, ~20-25s, with orange rind and currant notes. While the nose has developed nice secondary nuances, the palate still needs to come around some. Nice, but I would cellar for a while longer. 91+ points.

Medium garnet colour. Aromas of currant, sweet cherry, plum, apricot, and orange blossom. Medium-bodied, nice texture, with sweet red fruit - currant, cherry, and plum replays from nose. Moderate finish, 30s, with more red fruit.

Dark ruby red colour with black tinges. Aromas of black licorice, herbs (thyme and rosemary), black cherry, vanilla, and olive brine. Full-bodied, silky texture, with herbs, blackcurrant, and black plums. Moderate finish, ~35s, with dark fruit notes. Really nice. Very elegant and balanced.

Opaque dark ruby/black colour. Huge nose of chocolate chip cookies, apple pie, cinnamon, vanilla, black licorice, meat, and alcohol. Full-bodied, with chocolate, raisins, blackcurrant, and herbs. Moderate-long finish, with more dark fruit and herbs.

Dark ruby/burgundy colour with black tinges. Aromas of vanilla, butterscotch, blackcurrant, herbs, blueberry, and black olive tapenade. Full-bodied, with raspberry, plums, blueberry, plums, and black olive tapenade. Long finish, with raspberry and blackcurrant notes. Really nice stuff.

Dark ruby colour. Aromas of currant and black licorice. Medium-full bodied with nice texture, but simple red berry/tart fruit with some mint. Short-moderate finish, 20-25s, with red fruit.

Medium gold colour. Aromas of honey, white peach, nectarine, and white fruit. Full-bodied, with nice honey, peach, and lychee notes on the palate. Decent acidity. Moderate finish showing honey, caramel and lychee. Best slightly above cellar temp.
