[Disgorged Aug 2017] Bluefruit, fine head, dark floral, juicy. Gentle meatyness, lifted acids, clean with floral sweetness and gentle leather on finish. Complex, easy, enjoyable, elegant, drink now. I reckon a double quarter pounder with extra bacon.
