Pretty much alive and well in the nose, rich, ripe stone fruit, coffee and chocolate, a bit oaky (dusty). The palate is still alive too, bacon, coffee, me boyd, honey, floral, med to long finish.
Simply outstanding and a great privilege to try this

Very reductive in the nose (onion and garlic in the same time) with lime hidden underneath, slightly better in the palate but still very strange

Rich and big in the nose, oaky, buttery, while the palate shows more citrusy flavors with lime-y acidity balancing the oak, long finish. Certainly different than exected, this is either love it or hate it
