  October 20, 2019 - One of the rare occasions where the "toast" aroma is present as how it is found in my Le Nez du Vin kit. Precision, balance, poise and grace. White stone fruit, hints of grapefruit, lightly toasted brioche carried on a medium body and mineral backbone. The toast and butter carries on on a commendable finish. Kudos to the winemaker.

  October 14, 2018 - 13th Cellier Wine Fair (Hilton Athenaum Hotel): The oak is even more upfront here, full on buttery wines with the fruit staying way in the back. The palate shows more oaky notes again, brioche and ripe whtie fruit, full body, acidity that tries to keep the balance, lemon infused med finish.

  April 21, 2017 - This is off a vineyard high on the Meursault slope with a vine age of around 90 years. It has such terrific energy and brightness coupled with the richness of the vintage. There’s intense citrus fruit and a suggestion of honeysuckle. It has weight and power without heaviness and is loaded with mineral.
