Refreshing and pure. Nice granny smith apples, yeast and raw bread dough. Excellent mouthfeel. A bit young, but this will obviously improve.

Very nice. Copious citrus fruits, but the steely acids and chablis-like minerals keep the fruit in check. A hint of petrol and seashells. Kept getting better with air.

Excellent. Rich in sweet fruit, but searingly (in a good way) dry. Loads slate and not as much "botrytis fat" as I seemed to remember in the past. This has tons of upside.

Very open and enjoyable. Fragrant cherries and raspberries. Soft and silky on the palate; totally resolved structure. Lighter than expected for a Grand Cru, but given the vintage, this is a success.

This is ridiculously good. Drinking insanely perfect right now. Overpowering nose that scream "PAUILLAC!". Leather, earth, lead pencil, and dried cassis. Still holding onto a good amount of fruit. Longgggggggg.

Very closed at first, but with air, it did reveal some nice meaty and spice aromas and flavors. Very structured with stern acidty. Very good, but this needs cellaring (or extended decanting).

Serious and focused. A bit on the dry side for a typical BA, but given the age and structure of the vintage, this is not unexpected. Nice interplay of dried apricots, minerals, and refreshing acids. An intellectual experience, rather than a hedonistic one.
