Introduction

It took a couple of months to coordinate our schedules but last night was the night. Dear friends brought aged rib eye's for us to feast on. Wine was not shabby either.

OMG. Liquid gold as the wife likes to say. Not overly sweet yet good viscosity and body, lasting length to the finish. Near perfection.
