Beautiful and tasty bubble. Too busy enjoying and socializing to make detailed notes, also because the next wine came quite quickly. But no mistake about it; this bubble is a feast!

Caramel, bruised apple and vanilla in the bouquet. On the palate a full bodied and tasty wine with honey, mango and other tropical fruits. Beautiful and well dosed vanilla from the oak and pleasantly soft acidity. Fully mature and still fresh and a great pleasure.

Very grapy and ripe tropical bouquet with honey and tangerine. On the palate the same impressions, beautiful and fresh acidity, but also a lot of sweetness which make you think this is a vendange tardive.

Full bodied wine with a lot of chocolate, sweet licorice, a lot of sweetness and also a lot of good and fresh acidity. Beautiful wine with a lot of length. Mature, but also enough power for a few years more.

In the bouquet chocolate, coffee, toast, dark and some red berries and very pleasant rustic impressions. On the palate a beautiful and elegant wine with soft and beautiful acidity and tannin. 93-94+

In the bouquet a lot of sweet spices, concentrated dark berries and chocolate. Same on the palete. Very tasty with a lot of good and fresh acidity. The tannin is still slightly edgy with a lot of power for the future.

Just limited notes, but what a beautiful new world wine with dark berries, coffee, chocolate, beautiful acidity and pleasant sweetness. A beautiful and elegant wine.

The bouquet is great with creamy red berries, eucalyptus and beautiful earthy impressions. On the palate the same beautiful impressions, ripe red and dark berries, beautiful acidity and great, gound tannin with still a lot of promise for the future. The truly great thing is that this wine already shows its great potential and beauty. Pity I don't own a case :-(. 96 - 98 for now.)

What a shame. Second 2003 Mouton which is corked! GRRRRR.

A lot of apricots, caramel and sweet peach. Tangerine peel. Good and fresh acidity and also a lot of sweetness.
