Pale straw, fine beads, star bright. Lemon, mineral, and walnut aromas. Acidic and tart, with silky mousse, and lemon zesty flavours with slight cream and brine. A good lemony length, but seems rather straight-up

Pale salmon, fine beads, star bright. Aromas of peach, apricot, some strawberries, and white flowers. Acidic, with a fizzy bite, and flavours of almond, light cream, underripe peach, and strawberry. Back is mostly of almond nuts and bread yeast. Medium finish

Pale lemon, fine beads, star bright. Strong elderflowers on the nose, and bit of mineral brightness. Acidic, but with rounded flavours of lemon curd, lemon zest, elderflowers, wet stones, brine. Pretty good lemon nutty finish. Nice!

Pale gold, fine beads, bright. Aromas of ripe, even dried peaches and apricots, as well as some elderflowers and minerals. Fair amount of acids, with strong walnut flavours, and then ripe peaches, as well as a soft clayish feel. Pretty good length
