July 25, 2022 - One of the better English sparklers and certainly benefited from being nearly 8 years old. A healthy light golden colour and a someone dull nose. Certainly a minerally flavour and actually builds with concentration with air.

July 9, 2022 - Blacurrants, blueberries, bordering on plum. Definitely gum drops. Hint of sweetness, low acidity. The fruit comes through so clearly with good length and depth. Fantastic on a hot Summer day.

August 17, 2020 - English Sparkling Masterclass with Ridgeview (Zoom): Pale gold, fine beads, bright. Aromas of ripe, even dried peaches and apricots, as well as some elderflowers and minerals. Fair amount of acids, with strong walnut flavours, and then ripe peaches, as well as a soft clayish feel. Pretty good length

February 26, 2020 - Fresh, lively, pears and apples in abundance. Lovely mousse - soft and expansive. Creamy and fresh. Super sparkler.

October 2, 2018 - Had this to celebrate our 25th wedding Anniversary. This is a fantastic example of quality English Sparkling Wine, up there with the best champagnes! Just as good as I remember whe. We tasted it in August at the vineyard. Not cheap but worth it, great balance m, mouth feel and finish!
