Glass: Zalto Universal
Online tasting. 100ml bottle filled from Magnum bought at release and perfectly stored. Drunk two and three days later.
Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium- intense, muted nose. Lots of herbal tea. Legally dry, medium+ acidity. Some sweet, ripe fruit, herbs and herbal tea, very mineral. More opulent and round as the Nonnenberg. Very elegant, lots of phenolic and extract, tension. Beautiful balance. Very long. A bit more open than the Nonneberg, but way too young. Waste of potential to drink it now. Wait for 10+ years. 92-93+++

Online tasting. 100ml bottle filled from Magnum bought at release and perfectly stored. Drunk two and three days later.
Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium- youthful nose. Chalky mineral notes, some herbs fine yellow fruit. Still muted and closed. Legally dry, high acidity that gets more balanced on day two with air. Herbaceous, awesome mineral core. Pressure and tension, long. A bit more tension than the Schloßberg. But also for me quite closed and not yet ready for business. But certainly a great, bright and shiny future in 10+ years. 92+++

Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium youthful-developing finish. Lots of floral notes, fine, ripe yellow and white fruit, herbs. Very complex, dense and multi-layered. Dry, high acidity. On the palate rather smoky, fine yellow fruit, salty and an incredibly fine mineral core. Awesome pressure and tension! Also round and with a fantastic balance and harmony. Dense and deep! Extremely long and lingering with lots of yellow fruit and a mineral finish. Needs years to reach its full peak, but already a great wine. 94-95+

Clear, deep golden color. Maybe not a 100% perfect bottle. Nose with some cellar mold and oxidative notes.
Dry. Medium+ acidity. On the palate with lots of ripe fruit, acacia, lots of fine crushed stones and some slightly oxidative notes. Fantastic balanced, very fine, round and lingering finish. This was certainly not a 100% bottle, but still at least 90-91 and a beautiful wine.

Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium intense, developing nose with lots of fine, crushed stones, fine herbs, some zests and some coconut.
Legally dry, medium+ acidity, astonishingly lively for this extremely hot vintage. One of the very few Breuer wines, that seems to be a bit hot. It has 13,2% abv, which is pretty high for Theresa’s wines.
Warm, ripe fruit, some honey, zests, black tea, herbs, some mint. Wonderful extract and tension! Lots of phenolic, extract, great balance, elegance and density! Very long and mineral finish. Awesome for this warm vintage! Potential for another decade. 94-95
