From vines in Meursault (commune, not AOC). Solid white Burgundy, but there is a certain lack of fruity succulence and tension. Could it already be too old?

Great power and a firm structure - reminds me of Bonnes Mares actually. Rich black and blue fruit, deep minerality, perfectly integrated oak, no lack of freshness, tannins are big but finely textured and not drying, excellent resonance and length. Far too young, embryonic even, but what a wine! Its power and balance are guarantors of a long life. Drink 2028-2048.
