Pale yellow, bright and with a silver hue, and fine beads. Clean toasty nose and also with medium ripe peach aromas. Vibrant yet soft mousse, with bright acids, and brioche, lemon flavours, as well as chamomile florals. Light and alluring

Pale ruby. Zingy minerals, florals, and underripe cranberry on the nose. Bright acids, some bit of tannic bite, but largely elegant, with red floral and fairly intense red cherry and cranberry flavours, as well as cool menthol, wet moss and a hint of crushed nuts, and spring water. Quite lengthy. Nice!

Pale ruby. Quite a punch of earth, pepper, cinnamon, red cherry, and raspberry on the nose. Generally a savoury mineral tone on the palate, with a rather shale slatey darkness, red cherry, raspberry, moss, twigs, cedar, pepper and nutmeg flavours. Lengthy and complex. Great wine!
