May 12, 2022 - [From magnum]. So creamy and yeasty and biscuity. Just divine. Gentle and hypnotic and seductive. So pure. Big on the malolactic. But I like that. Luscious volume and generosity. Super. Fifteen more years? Easily.

March 8, 2022 - Lunch with Thibaut and colleagues (Praelum Wine Bistro): Pale yellow, bright and with a silver hue, and fine beads. Clean toasty nose and also with medium ripe peach aromas. Vibrant yet soft mousse, with bright acids, and brioche, lemon flavours, as well as chamomile florals. Light and alluring

February 12, 2022 - Wouldn't know how to rate bubbly if I wanted to. Not much of a white drinker.
That said, and for what it's worth; It was pleasantly creamy in texture, I got some white flowers on the nose, and, after a fashion, a medicinal & biscuity note, later some yeast, and finished with a smidge of honey.
Correct? Good notes for this wine? No idea, but all three of us enjoyed it.
