Red
2018 DuMOL Pinot Noir Finn USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley

Multiple clones. Clear, deep ruby color. Very fruity nose, concentrated sweet cherry a bit artificial and young.
Concentrated, some oak, powerful, warm, ripe fruit. High tannin, very polished. Good length. Very good if you like this style, but for me it lacks tension and excitement. 91-93+

Flight 5 (1 note)

On the palate some weird/interesting spicy-sour spikes that I can’t describe any better. Besides that it is very balanced and harmonious on the mid palate. Ripe tannin, round, gets better with time and air. Fresh, cool. Medium length. 92-93
