Introduction
Every participant had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought by the others. All wines were tasted blind, also without knowing when the wine you brought yourself was poured.

Light yellow. In the bouquet candy flavors and reductive. Same on the palate, focused high acidity and still extremely youthful with minerals and some spiciness. Better wait 10 years, but it will be a pleasure in the meantime as well. For now 90++

The bouquet is a bit reticent, but shows minerals, grapefruit and some petrol. On the palate candy, grapefruit, beautiful and juicy acidity, dry but also a pleasant touch of sweetness.
