Lovely straw yellow color with a lingering mousse and fine bead. Aromas of apple, marshmallow, wet dough and marzipan. Rich, with toasted almond, apple, pear and vanilla crème flavors. Picks up a gingerbread quality as it warms and breathes in the glass. 94+ pts.

An older disgorgement, pre-ID, with a lot code of LLLFXS00161 and cork code of M441. Lovely mature golden yellow color with aromas of apple, cashew, toasted brioche, caramelized pear and honeycomb. Rich and toasty with a fine bead and flavors of baked apple, marshmallow fluff, pastry dough, lemon curd and pear. Lingering finish. Gorgeous. 95-96 pts.
