Coravin fun - Bordeaux and Mosel

Introduction
time to look at some Bordeaux's - one bracket of a wine that has consistently disappointed me and another of a couple of producers that are quite new to me and I am enjoying exploring. Then off to some new Mosel arrivals.
Flight 1 - Lanessan (3 notes)
I think the deal here is to drink these within their first 10 years of age - it is one of the few Bordeaux wines that I've experienced that doesn't seem to develop in an even remotely positive way.

2009 Château Lanessan
from Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas of slightly jammy non-delineated black fruits with a little sweet spice, a bit flat. And equally flat on the palate, contrasting this with last nights tastings of Bordeaux 09's is an interesting exercise. This is very muted compared to those. Meh

2010 Château Lanessan
from Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas. This is a slightly more austere version of the 2009; the fruit more compote, the spice a little more savoury, tiny touch of cedar. Juicy tends to medium plus intensity acidity, slightly chalky textured tannins, dilute fruit is quite muted and the tannins persists past it. Meh.

2015 Château Lanessan
from Coravin. Pretty, jubey, a little raspberry jam joins black fruit compote sprinkled with baking spices, this dissipates with time leaving a quite muted Autumn berry note. Juicy acidity, plenty of textured grip is drying and slightly chalky, bit of meaty underpin joins those Autumn berries. non intrusive alcohol warmth on the finish <shrugs>

1990 Château Labégorce-Zédé
from Coravin. Wet earth, leather, Autumn leaves, brambles, very cold country copse, aa little soy and porcini, tobacco leaf. Slightly sour black and red fruits, coarse flour textured tannins, alcohol warmth on the finish, leather, slight umami and soy notes. Veering rapidly to complete tertiariness but pleasant enough.

1996 Château Labégorce
from Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas of dusty earth, muted brambles and plums, a little cedar, gets quite green capsicum with time in the glass. And it proves quite green on the palate as well, silky, cedar tannings, muted bramble, plum and leathery notes in support. Hmm

2011 Château Labégorce
from Coravin. A little graphite/pencil shaving note accompanies muted blackcurrant, touch of red plum, sweet spice, cream and cedar in support. It's a little sour and bitter on the palate, olive joins the wild blackcurrant, plenty of drying textured offers a leathery sensation. Hmm.
Flight 3 - Mosel (3 notes)
Ahh, the old familiar sensation of trying a wine that makes me go "why am I bothering to drink anything else?" thank you Germany
White - Off-dry
2019 Willi Schaefer Graacher Domprobst Riesling Spätlese #10
from Coravin. Aromas of peach, a little custard apple, a touch of slaty minerality, generous nose. Peach, custard apple, slaty texture, off dry, young, simple, balanced, long, lovely

2019 Willi Schaefer Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese
from Coravin. Medium plus intensity aromas show green and red apple, again that slaty minerality, pretty floral notes and, with time, a touch of Sponti (thanks Acyso). The palate a reflection of the fruit from the nose; green and red apple, with a little textured burr, off dry, medium plus length. Yum.

2018 Stein St. Aldegunder Palmberg-Terrassen Riesling Spätlese feinherb
from Coravin. Ooh, after the last two wines this is both close and more savoury smelling. A little almost wild ferment funkiness, green apple, a slight mandarin note. Off dry, flavours re slightly muted showing apple, cream, a little baking spice, long, interesting.
