Tasted after the AIX rose 2022, this came across as lighter and brighter, with a lovely acid pin-prick quality to the wine. Pale salmon, mineral, red fruits, balanced, structure, with excellent clarity.

Beautiful colour, rich and well-structured. Classic Provençal rose. Tasted before the Bedrock Ode to Lulu, this came across as richer, and possibly longer, but slightly denser.

Deep yellow-gold colour points to a Sauternes in full maturity. The nose and palate confirm this, with a fulsome and gorgeous caramel personality with plentiful botryitis character, and a weight to the wine that feels driven by the Semillon. Drinking at full maturity, there s not a sharp edge to this wine - it is all class and refinement. The finish iis lush and velvety and very sweet. Classic flavours. Certainly outstanding, and this will continue to develop well in a cold cellar. Amazing match with an ash covered soft rind goats cheese with fresh figs.
