We open this bottle 48 hours in advance of when we wanted to drink it. With it being a larger format I feel it improved over the 48 hours and really fully opened up after about 36 - 40 hours.

8/15/21, 4:39 PM - @Mark1npt We kept tasting throughout the time and it seemed be really good at about the 36 hour point. My guess would be the 750ml would be shorter but maybe try it along the way. Would love to hear your thought. We are also in FL!!! (Palm Beach Gardens)

Amazing brunello. Lots of great notes and very balanced. We did decant it for a bit while we drank a glass of bubbly.

10/7/17, 11:06 AM - Still a bit tight but better than when we drank it a year ago. The time and decanting did help.
