Fantastic. Carmel and butterscotch on the nose. Very mature but in a good way.

Salted caramel. Honey. Some remaining oak.

Beeswax lime, and honey. Nice oak. Complex and a long finish. Good stuff.

Very little fizz left. Only the faintest tingle on the tongue. Madeira like with almonds, caramel, and pear. An enjoyable experience.

At this time, it was strong apple aroma and flavor. Some honey although this is not a sweet wine, like a Sauternes. As we drank it, the apple flavor was less intense. Really nice after dinner when you don’t want something sweet.

Nutty with a bit of oxidation. Apricot and peach with a nice acidity. Aging nicely.

Refreshing with a tinny finish. Good at the club member price point.

A lot of secondary notes. Still really enjoyable.

Continues to evolve nicely. Almond and salinity (subtle). Lemon and lime with a nice acidity. Medium finish. Really nice.
Rosé
Needs air to fully enjoy. Watermelon rind, dill, and strawberry short cake. Kind of savory and acidic on the palette. Very nice.
