Fantastic. Carmel and butterscotch on the nose. Very mature but in a good way.

Salted caramel. Honey. Some remaining oak.

At this time, it was strong apple aroma and flavor. Some honey although this is not a sweet wine, like a Sauternes. As we drank it, the apple flavor was less intense. Really nice after dinner when you don’t want something sweet.

Love this wine. Our first experience.
Leaps from the glass. Cedar, cherry, and clove.
Great acidity with cherry and pomegranate.
Does it have the acidity to age?
