4/19/24, 8:30 PM - Do you know how the two bottles you report as corked were stired?

    4/21/24, 4:14 PM - Duh, !! Stored.
Did you buy them at release or recently. I have one to take to our anniversary dinner but worry about it from your note.
Did it smell like gym socks or ???
    Thank you

4/22/24, 10:55 AM - Sometimes the bad smell/flavors will blow off in a few minutes to an hour., have you gone back to try it later.
With older bubbles I guess you might lose the remaining bubbles….

We had a 73 dom ruinart the other night and we had no hope for it. But it was stored well and still had fizz after the cork broke off and we used the Durant to get the remaining cork out. It was amazing

Definitely past it’s prime. Flat, uninspiring with notes of PVC pipe.

6/17/21, 8:33 PM - Not our bottle, ours isn’t really ready to drink yet

Had this with corned beef and cabbage at our sommelier’s suggestion. It went very well!

3/16/21, 11:22 PM - The food and wine pairing brought out complementary flavors of the food and wine. My collection of CndP is small and this one was the first that was in it's drinking window. So I’m not very conversant in what it should/could be like, sorry.
