Stumbled across this bottle in the back of the cellar and decided to open it with dinner. Very balanced and mellow, but with some bright peppery notes. Only wish I had a few more bottles in my collection.

Nothing special. A little sharp. Perhaps it just needs more time.

Enjoyable, but not "knock your socks off." Dark color suggested a depth that wasn't borne out in reality. But no big complaints -- looking forward to enjoying the remaining bottles in my cellar.
