See my note 2 days ago. After 48 hours an impeccable wine, all irregularities are smoothened out and tastes alternate in the mouth with cinnamon (!?) on the forefront. Fantastic wine.

8/11/20, 10:34 AM - To BillyB2: As with many great young wines: you can open now, but drink over 2-3 days and you will be surprised by the development. When you have more bottles: try now, the next bottles every (other) year. Keep 2 bottles to taste in 2027 and later.

a year later and still a delightful, smooth, well rounded wine. One of the best from the Okanagan Valley.
