The wine looks greenish gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lime and green apple. It tastes like lime, apple and mineral. The body is light. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

This wine has been in our cellar since we acquired it at the winery. Since that time it has rested in our wine cellar and aged graceful. When we opened it the wine was perfect. We could not have expected anything more. Starts with some red fruit followed by cinnamon, coco powder, tobacco, and cedar wood. Perfect complement to grilled lamb.

I am a fan of Unti wines. I am also a fan of vermentino and this wine is a nice twist on a basic vermentino. A belend of vermention and three other Italian grapes. Fruity, dry and crisp. Perfect for a warm evening.

Opened this on a hot Florida Saturday. You are hit with notes of strawberry. Orange blossom and citrus. Bright and fresh (even a year after purchase). Nice finish. Sorry to say this was our last bottle of 2021.

I enjoyed this NZ sauvignon blanc. Don’t agree with the 80 rating from someone else on cellar tracker. I’ll agree with wine searcher’s range of 85-89. The wine is nothing special but perfect for a warm summer afternoon with friends. Well priced.

This is the first time we tried the Cellar Tracker Tasting Note Assistant so forgive the wordiness!

We have tried this wine several times over time. Enjoyed it each time.

A classic modestly price Shiraz. Enjoyed on a cold night in Alberta Canada with some big steaks. My wife reminds me that it’s really a cellar tracker 89. -26 Celsius today, so this is a good body warming wine.

Perfect Chianti Classico for a dinner with homemade pizza. Delightfully compliments the sun dried tomatoes, olives and fresh mozzarella. Delicious. Reminds me of a warm afternoon under olive trees in Chianti where I first tasted it. Bouquet of stone fruit and herbs; juicy on the palate. Nice acidity. 95% Sangiovese.
