A cracking drink. Light and fruity with great colour. Back to buy more for $20 a bargain.

Really pleasantly surprised that this was as good as it was. Very easy drinking. Black current flavours but not overbearing. Solid wine.

Surprised by how good this still tasted. Not much in the way of bubbles, but had some complex earthy smell and taste which made it very drinkable. Deep yellow colour.

Enjoyed this bottle much more than the last. Let it sit there for about four hours this time so this probably helped. Raspberry flavours predominately.

Found this at the bottom of the cellar and thought it may have gone too long. Happy to report very pleasantly surprised! Was a cracking drink holding its structure very well.

Still drinking very well. Needed to sit for about an hour before settling down. Very enjoyable medium bodied Coonawarra red.

Very good depth of flavours with some earthiness coming through. Much prefer this to the Shiraz.

Time to drink. Probably a little past it's best. Deep cherry flavours.

Found this at the bottom of cellar. Had forgotten all about and so given age was expecting much. Turned out ok. Did lack some depth of flavour but still very drinkable.

Solid wine but wouldn't let it go too much longer. Hint of some earthy flavours starting to come through.

Big on fruity flavours. Very drinkable even now although will be getting a couple to put down.. For the price of $14 you can't go wrong really. Excellent value.

Apparently Brown Brothers is pretty much the last bastion for Crouchen variety anywhere in the world. Which seemed a good enough reason to give it a go. Wine is definitely on the sweet side which tended to dominate the experience. Fruity, crisp taste meant that overall experience wasn't too bad.
